The NANOSTOVE team (Dr. Joachim Stehr, Dr. Federico Bürsgens, and Lars Ullerich) has been successful in the concept stage of the business plan competition Science4Life.
NANOSTOVE developes a new fast and cheap technique for DNA-analysis. They bind the DNA to gold nanoparticles and heat them up with a laser pulse, while measuring the melting curve of the DNA within milliseconds.
