Optical Spectroscopy

Using ultra-fast optical spectroscopy, we gain insights into the charge carrier dynamics within various semiconductor nanomaterials (e.g., perovskites, inorganic quantum dots, and carbon dots). Our main experimental methods, sensitive to a time range from femto- to microseconds, include transient absorption, stimulated Raman, and time-resolved photoluminescence. Besides, temperature-dependent and spatially resolved measurements allow for a further deep understanding of the photophysics.
